In their copious free time, a couple of the Team Fokker members have started working on a worthy opponent to the Fokker D.VII - an SE5a! This project is literally just getting started. Here's a picture of Tom Gaylord and Bill Broussard standing with some wing ribs and the jigs used to make them. The fuselage is also under construction, in Oklahoma, by Jack Kearby in Tulsa.
More information on the SE5a is available on the Fiddler's Green website. There is also a site giving information about the SE5a in Chilean service. This site has a brief report on what it's like to fly the SE5a.
